What an inspiring time we had at beautiful Lake Fuschl, near Salzburg, Austria!
About 130 colleagues from 26 countries gathered for this year’s International Sales Meeting, including new team members from South Korea and India. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for open discussion, new perspectives, and a shared vision of the next steps for PULS and our industry.
We began with an update on PULS presented by our CEO, Bernhard Erdl, followed by sales figures and strategic analyses from Martin Kram. Under the motto “Delight Our Customers,” the company emphasized the importance of focusing even more on the customer’s perspective in everything PULS does. This theme served as the common thread throughout the event’s agenda, including sessions dedicated to our product portfolio, market strategies, technical training courses, PULS’s future direction, and the role of artificial intelligence in our daily work.
A real highlight: the impressive sales success stories from around the world. They demonstrated once again what can be achieved when technical expertise, market knowledge, and a passion for sales come together.
In addition to the sessions, there was ample opportunity for personal conversations, networking, and team-building activities against the backdrop of the breathtaking Alpine scenery near Salzburg. A special highlight of the program was the guided tour of Salzburg, which was independently planned and organized by our event planning team.
