PULS has acquired Italian DC UPS specialist Adelsystem, significantly expanding its range of DIN rail power supplies. The new products are a perfect addition to PULS' DC UPS offering. Thanks to their all-in-one design and extensive communication capabilities via various bus systems, these products support a wide range of applications.

This acquisition reflects the strategic orientation of the PULS Group to further strengthen its technology and market leadership in industrial DC power supplies. Adelsystem 's innovative all-in-one solutions open up new opportunities for scalable system solutions in complex applications. Particularly relevant are infrastructure projects such as power supply, renewable energy, water and wastewater management, and telecommunications, where Adelsystem already has extensive experience. These synergies position the PULS Group as a preferred partner for companies that rely on reliable and future-proof power systems.

Through strategically targeted acquisitions, the PULS Group promotes sustainable growth and technological innovation. Following the acquisition of Wiferion in 2023, a specialist in wireless charging for autonomous robots, Adelsystem now enriches the portfolio specifically in the field of uninterruptible power supplies. These well-considered M&A activities consistently prioritize customer benefits as the main objective and underscore PULS' ability to actively shape markets and strengthen its position as a leading provider of innovative power solutions.

The initial phase of integration will focus on the mutual distribution of products within the two organizations. In parallel, synergies in research and development, procurement, logistics and production will be explored. In the long term, Adelsystem will be integrated as a competence center for DC UPS systems within the PULS Group. Together, PULS power supplies and Adelsystem's DC UPS solutions form a comprehensive offering, enabling complex problems to be solved from a single source.

Bernhard Erdl, managing director and owner of PULS GmbH, says, "Adelsystem and PULS share a passion for innovative and reliable power solutions. Through this acquisition, we are combining our expertise and expanding our capabilities to meet even the most demanding customer requirements in areas such as infrastructure, energy, and telecommunications. This partnership marks another step forward in strengthening the PULS Group as a leading supplier of future-proof DC power systems."

"The merger with the PULS Group is an excellent opportunity to combine our technological expertise in DC UPS systems with the innovation and global presence of PULS," explains Stefano Artoni, CEO of Adelsystem, and adds, "Together we can further develop our products and solutions, accessing new markets to better meet the growing demand for reliable and scalable power systems. I am confident that this partnership will offer immense benefits to our customers and partners around the world."
