Following the acquisition of Wiferion in 2023, a specialist in wireless charging for autonomous robots, Adelsystem now enriches the portfolio specifically in the field of uninterruptible power supplies. The initial phase of integration will focus on the mutual distribution of products within the two organizations. In parallel, synergies in research and development, procurement, logistics and production will be explored. In the long term, Adelsystem will be integrated as a competence center for DC UPS systems within the PULS Group. Together, PULS power supplies and Adelsystem's DC UPS solutions form a comprehensive offering, enabling complex problems to be solved from a single source.
