In the security and industrial automation industry, constant availability of power is an essential requirement. Today, however, continuity also means monitoring, diagnostic and remote management capabilities. Adelsystem DC-UPSs with Ethernet interface are created to meet this need, with an approach that integrates power, digital control and connectivity in a single module.

Features

Devices in the CBI line with Ethernet combine the functions of a power supply, battery charger and DC backup module in a single DIN-rail-mounted unit. Connected directly to the mains supply (90-305 VAC), they provide continuous power supply to DC loads at 12, 24 or 48 VDC, automatically switching to battery operation in the event of a mains failure, without any voltage discontinuity. The built-in Ethernet interface allows communication via MODBUS TCP/IP, SNMPv3 and HTTPS, enabling remote supervision of electrical parameters, battery status, fault alerts and environmental conditions. All data can be accessed via integrated web server, network monitoring software, enabling proactive maintenance and reduced intervention time. The design of DC-UPSs with Ethernet interface follows the guidelines of the EU Cybersecurity Act, integrating security and data protection criteria to ensure compliance with European regulations on connected devices.

Features

Using internal software, the DC-UPSs manage selectable charging curves, adapting to the main battery technologies-lead, AGM, GEL, NiMH, Lithium and LiFePO4. The system can autonomously diagnose any anomalies (short circuit, polarity reversal, sulfation or battery pack disconnection), reporting the status in real time to the operator via Ethernet network.

Applications
These solutions integrate seamlessly into installations where continuous system availability is critical: IP video surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection systems, environmental monitoring, and IoT infrastructure. Ethernet connectivity enables centralized management of even distant or distributed sites, with significant benefits in terms of operational efficiency.

Target
The line is designed for system integrators, qualified installers and designers of complex installations, who need ready-to-use yet configurable equipment. Adelsystem devices can in fact be installed without preliminary settings, or advanced parameterization to optimize consumption, autonomy and communication with existing supervisory systems.

Distinctive elements
Completely designed and manufactured in Italy, Adelsystem DC-UPSs combine compactness, modularity and intelligent management in a single platform. A three-year warranty and the availability of DIN-rail battery holders complete the offering, enabling neat and flexible integration into control panels and security panels. With DC-UPSs with Ethernet, backup power becomes an active element of the network: not only uninterruptible power supply, but also control, diagnostics and forecasting. A professional solution for systems that must remain operational at all times.
