Food, Art, and Technology

It is a pleasure and an honor to support the Panizzi Library in its food-related project, which will run throughout 2026. We believe that culture is the foundation of technological development, and vice versa. “Sapere e tavola” is one of those projects that defines an institution (the library, guardian of culture), a place (Reggio Emilia), and a community that seeks to improve itself through development. Only by becoming aware of who we are and where we are can we achieve the goals we set for ourselves.
